Once booked in you will get a confirmation email so you don’t need to write anything down! It also includes a quick link to add to your own calendar!

The email also contains a link to our welcome pack. Please take the time to read it so you know what to expect when you arrive for your appointment and how to make the most out of your experience.

All bookings and appointments are subject to a £25 no-show fee as per our cancellation policy*. We will ask for your payment information on booking your appointments. Don’t worry you won’t be charged unless you fail to show. You can cancel up to 72 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the £25 fee.
